Anne is the Research Facilitator for the Centre for Nurses and Midwife led Research at UCL. She works alongside Lesley Baillie advising research strategies to nurses, midwives, and allied health professionals. She previously came from UCLH where she oversaw the sponsorship review and approvals of research studies across a wide range of disciplines.
Immediately prior to moving to London, she managed an ethics review committee at Stanford University that reviewed human research applications varying from FDA clinical drug trials to sociology studies. She received a BA from the University of Arizona and focused on Biological Anthropology focusing on primatology and human evolution. She has studied howler monkeys in the field and behavioural, functional, and imaging research projects in children with Fragile-X syndrome as well as squirrel monkeys at the Psychiatry department at Stanford University.
In her free time Anne is raising two small children and enjoys traveling.
